Scope of Services and Responsibility

The firm has the capacity to undertake the following architectural consultancy services as enshrined in the Nigerian Institute of Architects conditions of engagement for the construction industry:

1. Stage I (Pre-contract) Preliminary and Final Design
2. Stage II (Pre-contract) Production drawings
3. Stage III (Post-contract) Obtaining Tenders, arranging for the work contract, handing over sites, and commencement of work to completion
4. other Services (Outside the normal scope of services); Site selections, Initial reports, Feasibility studies, Preparation of Measured Drawings of existing facilities, Development plans/ studies, Special Drawings and Models, Master plans and Layouts, Gardens and Landscape Designs, Interior Design, Rehabilitation, Restoration and Refurbishment work on existing facilities, Terminal Reports and Maintenance manuals

Conditions of Engagement and Remunerations

The Conditions of Engagement are in accordance with the Nigerian Institute of Architects approved conditions of engagement for Architectural Consultancy Services. The 1996 Federal Government Approved Scale of Fees for Professionals in the Building Industry shall form the basis for remuneration.
